Collaboration in identification and analysis of electrical failures **Electrical Engineering Intern** **Location:** Qro, Qro. **Employment Type:** Full-time **Schedule:** 8 AM \- 6 PM **Work Mode:** On-site **Job Description** Support the electrical engineering and maintenance department in diagnosing, analyzing, and improving the plant's electrical systems, contributing to operational continuity and implementation of improvement projects under supervision of senior engineers. **Responsibilities** * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of plant electrical equipment (motors, panels, transformers, motor control centers). * Participate in the surveying and updating of electrical drawings and single-line diagrams. * Collaborate in identifying and analyzing electrical failures, proposing improvement solutions. * Support project management for installation or modification of electrical systems. * Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and energy consumption records. * Monitor electrical maintenance KPIs (equipment availability, downtime duration, energy consumption). * Support verification of compliance with electrical safety standards (applicable NOM regulations). * Participate in energy efficiency and continuous improvement projects within the plant. **Requirements** * **Academic Background:** Currently enrolled student in Electrical Engineering, between the 7th and 9th semester (eligible for internship letter or community service). **Technical Knowledge:** * Fundamentals of electrical circuits and industrial electronics * Reading and interpretation of electrical drawings and diagrams * Basic knowledge of automation and PLCs (desirable) * Proficiency with measurement instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, oscilloscope) * Electrical safety standards (NOM\-001\-SEDE, NOM\-029\-STPS) * Proficiency with Office software (Excel, Word); AutoCAD Electrical is an advantage **Competencies:** * Analytical and problem-solving ability * Teamwork and effective communication * Proactivity and willingness to learn on-site * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure and respect production downtime schedules Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $2,205\.00 \- $2,210\.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Sick leave days * Company parking * Free parking * Opportunity for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
