Complete assigned work and deliver it within deadlines and budgets at a high level of quality. 2\. Develop and maintain an acceptable level of knowledge of SEL equipment and solutions for electrical power system protection and automation. 3\. Use the best available processes and tools, and provide feedback on process improvements. 4\. Follow and apply SEL values, Operating Principles, and World-Class Manufacturing principles. 5\. Understand. Create. Simplify. 6\. Other assigned duties. ***Required Qualifications*** Technical degree in electronic engineering or a related discipline; equivalent experience for each academic year. Ability to learn product technical concepts and details. Ability to work with a moderate level of technical supervision and accept responsibility for assigned tasks. Acceptable understanding of installation requirements for protective relays of various types and functions. Willingness to travel as required. Advanced ability to write, document, and speak. Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities. Ability to work cooperatively in a team. Satisfactory background check results for SEL Negative drug test result(s). ***Preferred Qualifications*** BSEE, BSET, or a related design degree from an accredited college or university Experience with an electric utility, consulting firm, or system integrator. Knowledge of protective relay applications or automation applications. ***Physical Requirements*** None.
