Cost Estimation Assistant 1 Opening Key Responsibilities: * Preparation, review, completion, and tracking of cost estimation forms—either from subcontractors to TYLin or from TYLin to its respective clients. * Receipt, control, and review of cost estimation supporting documentation provided by subcontractors to TYLin for their cost estimation management. * Coordination with various internal technical teams to compile project information to be delivered to the client as supporting documentation for cost estimates. * Preparation, completion, and supplementation of lists detailing the information to be delivered to the client as supporting documentation for cost estimates. * Creation of necessary storage media—including hard drives, USBs, SharePoint links, etc.—to deliver information to the client as supporting documentation for cost estimate review and validation. * Printing, hole-punching, binding, and organizing of cost estimates for physical delivery. * Tracking, coordination, and delivery of cost estimates to/from the client. * Review, editing, supplementation, and, if necessary, re-printing of cost estimates and their supporting documentation, based on feedback received from the client regarding submitted cost estimates. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in cost estimation * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field * General knowledge of civil engineering projects * Proficiency in office software, with advanced Excel skills No parking space is provided Working hours comply with applicable labor law.
