The candidate must possess the technical capability to redesign, rewire, and program complex automation systems, ensuring stability in industrial communications and data traceability. **Key Responsibilities** * **Industrial Software Development:** Develop PLC logic (Ladder, Structured Text) from scratch and design intuitive HMI/SCADA interfaces for autonomous fault diagnosis. * **Critical Production Support:** Serve as the highest level of technical escalation to resolve complex line stoppages and logical errors exceeding general maintenance capabilities. * **Advanced Signal Diagnostics:** Use oscilloscopes and network analyzers to identify electromagnetic noise, voltage spikes, and signal degradation on field buses (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, EtherCAT). * **Cycle Time Optimization:** Analyze operational sequences to eliminate idle time by reprogramming robots, servo motors, and actuators. * **Redesign Engineering:** Evaluate machinery to execute control upgrades, replacement of obsolete components, and electrical panel redesign. * **Power Process Integration:** Configure and support laser welding and magnetizing systems, ensuring precise synchronization with the control system. * **Vision and Inspection Systems:** Program vision cameras and measurement sensors to ensure quality filtering and reduce false rejections. * **Motion Tuning:** Tune control loops (PID) on servo motors to achieve smooth, high-speed motion. * **Traceability Management:** Ensure bidirectional communication between field devices (scanners, markers) and the data system. Required Profile * **Education:** Professional degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (degree mandatory). * **Experience:** 5–8 years of verifiable experience in industrial control or automation roles. * **Languages:** Advanced technical English. Essential Technical Knowledge * **Programming:** Expert proficiency in PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, OMRON, Mitsubishi, Keyence) and HMI/SCADA systems. * **Robotics:** Configuration and programming of Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Yamaha robots. * **Hardware and Tools:** Expert use of oscilloscopes, network analyzers, advanced LabVIEW, and electronic soldering equipment. * **Mechatronics:** Control of servo motors, rodless cylinders, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. * **Safety:** In-depth knowledge of LOTO and industrial safety standards. Performance Indicators (KPIs) * MTBF: Target of 600 minutes. * MTTR: Target of 30 minutes. * Project Development: 5 improvements or integrations per month. * Achievement of customer-defined Cycle Time targets.
