Experience in fast food (desirable). Experience in Mexican cuisine, breakfasts, meals, snacks, salads, and sauces. Food preparation. Order organization. Cleaning of the work area. Serving dishes at the appropriate temperature. Knowledge of HACCP certification. **WE OFFER** **Salary: $10,000 net** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and one Saturday every 15 days from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (for deep cleaning). **Days off: weekends** Payments: biweekly.
