We provide MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering, BIM modeling, Commissioning, and TORS services to developers, construction companies, and architecture and engineering (A\+E) firms across Mexico, Central America, and LATAM. **What will you do in this role?** **1\. Outbound Prospecting** You will actively research the market to identify ongoing construction projects in Mexico, Central America, and LATAM. You will use public sources, LinkedIn, Semrush, and industry publications to map key stakeholders for each project. **2\. Lead Qualification** You will evaluate both inbound leads generated by Marketing and prospects you identify yourself, applying KINENERGY’s Commercial Playbook criteria. Your task is to determine whether a prospect has a real problem that KINENERGY can solve, whether there is urgency, and whether there are indications of budget—or whether further nurturing is needed before involving the sales representative. **3\. Meeting Scheduling** You will schedule qualified meetings between ready prospects and the assigned sales representative. You will document all relevant prospect information in Zoho CRM: project context, identified problem, involved stakeholders, and agreed-upon next steps. **4\. Feedback to the Commercial Ecosystem** You will report monthly insights to Marketing: which messages generate the strongest response, which materials open doors, which objections recur, and which buyer personas respond best. **5\.** Serve as the bridge between Marketing and Sales: take leads generated by Marketing, qualify them, generate your own outbound prospects, and deliver to the sales representative only opportunities with a recognized problem, articulated urgency, and indications of budget. ### **Benefits** * Base salary: $18,000 – $25,000 MXN per month, based on experience * Monthly bonus for achieving KPIs (qualified leads and scheduled meetings) * Commission on closed deals from opportunities originated by the BDR (0\.5% – 1%) * Hybrid work model: 60% remote, 40% in-office * SGMM (Mexican Social Security Institute coverage) * Financial support for English classes starting after 6 months of tenure Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any specialty), Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
