As a **Trainee / Intern in Data Analysis, Management & Coordination with focus on BOM (Bill of Materials)**, you will support the analysis, management, and tracking of technical information related to material lists within automotive programs. The role involves continuous interaction with key departments such as **Engineering, Purchasing, and D&R (Design & Release)**. This position is designed for students nearing graduation who seek to build professional experience in data analysis, information management, and cross-functional coordination. **Key Responsibilities (under supervision and guidance):** **Data Analysis & BOM Management** * Support in analyzing, validating, and updating **Bill of Materials (BOM)** information. * Maintain BOM data in corporate tools and internal databases. * Identify inconsistencies, duplications, or deviations in material lists. * Prepare basic reports and perform data analysis using Excel or other tools. **Management & Coordination** * Support coordination and communication of information among **Engineering, Purchasing, and D&R (Design & Release)**. * Track information requests and status of BOM-related deliverables. * Document changes and data updates. * Provide analytical and administrative support to project leaders. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in **Industrial, Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Systems, Data Science, or related Engineering** program. * **Maximum 6 months remaining until graduation**. * Valid **school insurance**. * Basic knowledge (academic or practical) of **BOM (Bill of Materials)**. * Interest in data analysis and automotive industry processes. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** (formulas, tables, data analysis). * Analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Proactive attitude and learning orientation. * Advanced English **Benefits** * **Monthly financial support** (internship stipend). * **Opportunity for professional growth and development** at ALTEN Mexico. * Training and hands-on learning on real automotive sector projects. * Exposure to collaboration with key technical departments. * Potential for **full-time employment upon completion of internship**, subject to performance and availability. * Mentorship and guidance from engineers and project leaders.
