Job Objective To provide warm and professional service to guests and visitors, assisting with access, handling, and transportation of bags, merchandise, groceries, luggage, and personal items via stairs while elevators are out of service, communicating effectively to ensure a high-quality service experience. Duties and Responsibilities * Constantly ascend and descend stairs between the lobby and apartments. * Primarily assist in towers where elevators are temporarily out of operation. * Maintain order and control at access points during operations. * Assist with door opening and basic resident logistics. * Maintain a courteous and service-oriented attitude at all times. * Safeguard transported items to prevent damage or loss. Experience: * Prior experience in hospitality, loading/unloading, or customer service (preferred). Knowledge: * Customer service. * Basic security protocols. * Guest orientation and service. * Competencies and Skills * Service-oriented attitude. * Friendliness and courtesy. * Impeccable personal appearance. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to work standing for extended periods and outdoors.
