Description and details of responsibilities **Position Objective:** Design, implement, and optimize assembly processes, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and compliance with standards on production lines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and optimize product assembly processes. * Develop and update work instructions and operational standards. * Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and quality. * Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and assembly process validation. * Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance departments to ensure proper line operation. * Supervise appropriate use of tools, equipment, and workstations. * Implement continuous improvement projects focused on reducing cycle times and defects. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the production process. Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. **Experience:** * 2–3 years of experience as an assembly process engineer. * Experience or knowledge of assembly processes within the manufacturing industry. **Knowledge:** * Manufacturing assembly processes. * Continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen). * Interpretation of technical drawings and process flow diagrams. * Production data analysis. * Proficiency in Excel or other analytical tools. **Skills:** * Analytical thinking * Problem solving * Teamwork * Effective communication * Organization and follow-up. **Languages:** * Conversational English.
