Supplier coordination and development of new tools **Job Description:** **Education:** Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field **Overall Objective:** Design, develop, and implement advanced manufacturing processes that optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality in the engine area through integration of innovative technologies, automation, and continuous improvement **Knowledge, Experience, Skills:** * Background in automation / Development and programming of new equipment * Analyze and improve workflow, plant layouts, and workstations * Generate technical documentation: instructions, process sheets, FMEA, control plans, etc. * Resolve production issues using methodologies such as Six Sigma, 8D, etc. * Coordinate and develop local and international machinery suppliers **Responsibilities and Follow-up:** * Leadership, effective communication at all levels, decision-making, strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, problem-solving, proactivity, advanced\-conversational English * Project tracking to ensure completion of product validation milestones, guaranteeing an efficient and stable Mass Production launch * Development of fixtures and/or tools for manufacturing new products (SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD)
