Organized individual with a goal-oriented work approach **We are hiring an Operations Assistant** Requirements: * 2 years of experience in a similar role involving administrative tasks and customer service. * Engineering or Economics/Administration degree. * Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and database handling (a test will be administered). Responsibilities and Objectives: Report preparation, ticket creation and resolution, telephone and email customer support, access credential distribution, and general administrative tasks. Database and reporting management. Data analysis. Competencies: Organized, Goal-oriented work approach * Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, onsite. * 8:00 AM–12:00 PM remote work.
