Administrative support to the workshop supervisor ***PREREP, a company specialized in preventive and corrective maintenance of tractor-trailers, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its CEDIS Santa Barbara workshop*** **Requirements** * Age: 25 \- 40 years old. * Bachelor's degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering. * Residency in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Santa Barbara, or surrounding areas. * Advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in Office suite and administrative systems. * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative positions. * Proactive. * Responsible. * Use of safety boots within the CEDIS. **Responsibilities** * Verify documents. * Safeguard records, reports, service orders, and material dispatches. * Validate and complete reports. * Upload daily evidence. * Track quotations or administrative tasks as required by the workshop supervisor. * Prepare fuel logs. * Submit daily reports and logs. * Manage staff vacation schedules. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM \- 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM \- 2:00 PM. (1-hour lunch break) **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $12,000\.00 net. * Statutory benefits. * Uniforms.
