Physical development, water safety, and progressive learning **Job Objective:** Deliver swimming instruction to individuals of various ages and skill levels, promoting physical development, water safety, and progressive learning through appropriate techniques, respectful interaction, and consistent motivation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Teach swimming classes to infants, children, teenagers, and adults according to assigned skill levels. * Apply the teaching methodology established by the institution. * Evaluate and monitor students' progress. * Foster a safe, respectful, and motivating environment both in and out of the water. * Identify individual student needs and adapt exercises as required. * Monitor proper use of aquatic facilities and compliance with regulations. * Support special events such as assessments, demonstrations, or trial classes. * Report incidents, progress, or needs to the coordinator. * Maintain punctuality, professional attitude, and appropriate appearance. **Skills and Competencies:** * Enthusiasm for working with children and adults. * Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm. * Effective communication and leadership. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork. **Schedule:** According to availability and class schedule. **Work Location:** Veloswim VIA ALTA Position Type: Full-time **Work Location:** Vía Alta León Sur, Blvd. Aeropuerto 1027, San Jose el Alto, 37295 León de los Aldama, Gto.
