We are seeking a **Detail Channel Sales Supervisor** who wishes to be part of our mission to nourish Mexico with superior-quality products. As a Detail Channel Sales Supervisor, you will be part of a key team in the commercial area, leading and coordinating field sales activities, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives, proper execution along routes, and development of the sales team. You will contribute to our family by performing the following activities: * Supervision and follow-up of sales in the detail channel. * Coordination and accompaniment of sales representatives and driver-salespeople on routes. * Analysis of commercial indicators: coverage, volume, quota attainment, and sales effectiveness. * Tracking of sales objectives by route, customer, and product category. * Implementation of commercial strategies to increase sales and acquire new customers. * Supervision of point-of-sale execution and proper product display. * Preparation and presentation of performance reports and commercial indicators. * Control and follow-up of operational and administrative incidents within the sales team. * Continuous training and feedback for supervised personnel. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor's degree with official title. * Experience: 1 year in sales supervision, preferably in the detail channel. * Knowledge: Office (Intermediate Excel), commercial indicators, route management, and administrative systems. * Skills: Leadership, negotiation, organization, results orientation, and teamwork.
