JOB OBJECTIVE: Provide excellent customer service and meet the sales, customer, and inventory monitoring budget for the assigned TSK, operating under established procedures, administrative controls, and regulatory requirements. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet and enforce the sales budget for the assigned store, achieving profitability targets. Promote strategic, supporting, and regional products to achieve sales and profitability targets. Comply with the sales policy for portfolio products. Forecast sales using Rolling 7 and block planning to ensure available inventory for sale and to fulfill customer service requirements. Verify that all products are registered in the system and comply with established turnover rates, reporting any deviations from company-defined parameters via established procedures. Develop, maintain, and reactivate (inactive/canceled) customers by offering products and promotions attractive to their respective cluster. Execute checklists to ensure proper store functionality and operations, delivering high-quality customer service. Responsible for keeping customer accounts receivable up-to-date to comply with the collections policy. Comply with cash handling and transfer policies, verifying that all cash consolidations are signed, physically match system records, and daily closings reconcile with payments. Keep product pricing, promotions, and imagery updated according to the brand identity manual. Carry out preventive maintenance programs for facilities and equipment (refrigeration, lighting, fumigation, interior and exterior appearance) and address corrective maintenance, reporting and tracking failures as they occur. Responsible for requesting supplies through the procurement platform, confirming receipt, and registering RP product receipt in the system. Maintain productivity and expense standards in areas under supervision, aligned with continuous improvement and corresponding budgetary goals. Consistently deliver and meet agreed service levels with each customer (response time, quality, and issue resolution).
