Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as an SMT operator, preferably in electronics plants * Knowledge of solder paste printing machines, pick-and-place machines, and/or AOI * Basic Excel proficiency Responsibilities: * Operate SMT machines * Complete checklists * Load materials according to work instructions * Operate specific machines and tools required for electronic card manufacturing * Meet production schedules based on hourly piece-rate targets * Clean production areas * Comply with quality standards Salary: $12,000 monthly gross, statutory benefits.
