Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure daily production schedule compliance, guaranteeing volumes, processes, quality and food safety standards, while maintaining productivity and cost control. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with the production schedule and quality standards 2. Coordinate scheduled maintenance to ensure operational continuity 3. Maintain performance, yield loss, and productivity standards JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure compliance with the daily production schedule, guaranteeing requested volumes in accordance with established processes, specifications, quality and food safety standards, and applicable current regulations. - Maintain performance and yield loss standards within defined parameters. - Continuously improve productivity and cost standards in assigned areas, aligned with corresponding budgetary targets. - Coordinate with Plant Services to implement scheduled maintenance, providing required conditions to ensure execution and uninterrupted operations.
