· Age: 30 to 50 years old. · Gender: Unrestricted · Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. · Experience: In production and manufacturing companies; handling raw material warehouses and logistics. · Willingness to travel. · Valid driver’s license. · Ensure optimal operation of plants. · Design daily performance measurement strategies and their evaluation. · Design compliance and evaluation strategies for maintenance of fixed machinery and mobile equipment. · Address operational requirements. · Generate and update penalty tables for process non-compliance. · Develop operational processes using quantification and control techniques. · Create training plans and develop operational and administrative positions. · Establish position-specific objectives. · Review KPIs and/or area-specific indicators. · Present interim and final results by area and/or position. · Analyze daily results reported by the Operations Coordinator. · Develop a digital platform or ERP system for operational management. · Present monthly results. · Terminate personnel. · Authorize spare parts or services. · Authorize hiring of personnel. · Evaluate and intervene with raw material suppliers. * Salary: $25,000.00 gross per month. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Weekly payments. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
