At Kuehne\+Nagel, our work truly contributes to more than we imagine. ‎ Coordinate work teams and validate daily operational activities assigned, ensuring product delivery to customers on time and properly within warehouse processes **How to make an impact** * Monitor operational and supervisory requirements for each client by reviewing requested information regarding their specific needs. * Coordinate assigned personnel to maintain order and cleanliness in their work area. Manage attendance lists, follow up with staff, and provide them with necessary work materials. * Conduct internal audits on operational, safety, and hygiene topics, documenting deviations and providing feedback to relevant personnel when required. * Ensure documentation of inbound and outbound records, transfer controls, status changes, and verify compliance with document reception requirements. * Interpret reports\-information from WMS systems. * Validate physical inventory counts upon goods receipt during storage and at dispatch, verifying material handling. * Verify and ensure implementation of GXP guidelines. * Plan operational resources according to established workloads and priorities. * Obtain and record daily operational results for KPI compilation. **What we’d like you to bring** Education: Partial or completed Bachelor's degree 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse processes, goods receiving, and personnel management.
