Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Training Instructor to deliver courses, update processes, and advise branch staff, ensuring skill development and certification. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking an OPERATIONAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR. Responsibilities: 1. Delivering training courses for newly hired staff 2. Updating processes for operational staff 3. Providing feedback and evaluations to staff 4. Submitting weekly progress reports on staff development 5. Job certification 6. Developing reinforcement training materials 7. Managing KPIs 8.
