Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician with gardening support to ensure optimal operation of a shopping center’s facilities and proper care of its green areas. We are looking for a **General Maintenance Technician with Gardening Support**, responsible for ensuring optimal operation of a small shopping center’s facilities, as well as maintenance and care of its green areas. This position combines technical and operational tasks with aesthetic and preventive care of outdoor areas, guaranteeing safe, functional, and well-presented spaces. **Main Responsibilities** **General Maintenance:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of: * Electrical installations (lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, basic panel inspections). * Hydraulic systems and plumbing (leaks, pumps, sanitary fixtures, pipes). * Minor repairs (painting, patching, adjustments). * Compliance with basic safety standards. **Gardening and Green Areas:** * Scheduled irrigation of plants and green areas. * Application of fertilizers and insecticides. * Pest detection and control. * Pruning and aesthetic maintenance of gardens. * Cleaning and conservation of green areas. * Monitoring the overall condition of plants and grass. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in general maintenance. * Basic experience in gardening and pest management. * Knowledge of: * Basic/intermediate electricity. * Plumbing and hydraulic installations. * Safe use of tools and chemical products. * Responsible, organized individual with a service-oriented attitude. * Ability to perform physical work outdoors. **We Offer:** * All statutory benefits. * Monthly salary of $12,000 * Working hours: 3 PM to 11 PM (end time may be adjusted).
