MUST RESIDE IN THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN AREAS OF MEXICO CITY (applicants from other areas will not be considered). Main responsibilities: Troubleshooting computers, printers, networks, and peripherals; Preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance; Installation and configuration of operating systems, applications, and devices. Profile: Recent graduate or internship/service-learning experience in technical support; Degree related to IT (not developers or programmers); Schedule: Monday to Friday \| 08:00 to 5:00 hrs; Occasional Saturday shifts \| 08:30 to 14:00 hrs.
