This is your opportunity to join Mexico's Best Hospital as HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR Essential Requirements: Education: Completed high school diploma Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a supervisor. Areas of Knowledge: Hospitals, clinics, and laboratories in housekeeping. Responsibilities: * Organize staff roles to carry out housekeeping tasks. * Supervise the daily work of housekeeping personnel. * Verify cleanliness of patient rooms and care areas. * Address complaints or requests from patients, visitors, and other departments related to the housekeeping area. * Maintain records of incidents involving supervised staff and arrange replacements in case of staff absences. * Motivate team members and resolve arising issues. * Maintain records and inventory control of existing cleaning supplies in storage, and request replenishment of cleaning materials. * Participate in improvement projects and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. * Monitor proper completion of logs by supervised staff.
