




Job Summary: Provide operational support in production, packaging, and handling of meat products, ensuring order, cleanliness, food safety, and adherence to standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Job Objective: Provide operational support in production, packaging, and handling of meat products, ensuring order, cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with quality and food safety standards. Main Responsibilities Packaging products in refrigerated chambers: Prepare, weigh, portion, and package meat cuts according to customer specifications and internal standards. Support in production processes: Assist in deboning, portioning, labeling, sealing, and order assembly. Product handling and arrangement: Load, move, and organize boxes, trays, and products within refrigerated chambers and work areas. Basic inventory control: Record product receipts and shipments, assist in physical counts, and report losses or anomalies. Cleaning and sanitization of work areas: Keep worktables, tools, equipment, and work areas clean in accordance with food safety standards. Compliance with safety and hygiene standards: Properly wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures in cold rooms and cutting areas. Order preparation: Assist in picking, inspecting, and assembling orders for internal and external customers. Goods receiving: Assist in unloading, inspecting, and arranging products received from suppliers. General support for tasks assigned by the supervisor: Perform additional activities related to daily operations as required.
