Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor with experience in residential construction, knowledge of construction supervision, quality and safety standards, and leadership skills. Leadership and communication skills **A prominent development company is seeking a CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR. Candidates must hold a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience—preferably in single-family or residential housing. Required competencies include blueprint interpretation, budgeting, construction supervision, quality and safety standards, logbook management, performance indicators (KPIs), adherence to construction schedules, leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Project (desirable). A personal vehicle is required; portfolio presentation is mandatory during the interview.
