Currently, we are seeking talented **Technicians** skilled in mobile device inspection, technological advisory, computing, and electronics. If you are proactive, customer-oriented, and possess diagnostic skills, this opportunity is for you! ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform hardware and software diagnostics on smartphones, tablets, and routers. * Provide technical and technological advisory services to customers. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic and mobile devices. * Manage customer service and resolve technical inquiries. ### **✅ Essential Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in mobile device repair, technology advisory, and electronics. * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to make decisions based on warranty policies and technical procedures. * Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and results-driven mindset. ### **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary:** 11,200\.00 *to* 11,700\.00 (net, before taxes) * **Schedule:** Full-time * **Bonus** for punctuality and attendance: additional $500\.00 per month * **Statutory benefits** * **Continuous training** and professional development * **Schedule:** * **Full-time:** 8 hours per day. * **Working days:** Monday through Sunday. * **Day off:** One weekday (to be determined). * **Availability:** Shift rotation according to operational needs. ### **How to Apply?** If you meet the requirements, please submit your CV through this platform.
