Analytical ability and problem-solving under pressure Grupo Herdez's distribution center (Cedis) in the Zumpango area is looking for a Temporary Call Center Operator with potential for permanent placement. Main Responsibilities: • Answer customer service calls. • Resolve product-related issues. • Greet customers over the phone. • Track daily calls. • Ensure customer satisfaction. • Analyze calls to determine if managerial assistance is required. What You Need to Succeed: • Gender: No preference. • Age: Must be of legal age. • Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s/Engineering degree (preferred). • Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles within call centers, sales, or customer service. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially intermediate/advanced Excel). • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
