Career growth and positive work environment Service Advisor Required Knowledge and Experience * Education: Technical Professional / High School Diploma * Minimum experience: 1 year * Basic knowledge of automotive faults. * Advising customers on vehicle needs. * Problem analysis and resolution. * Strong oral communication skills. * Logical and structured reasoning. * Results orientation * Problem analysis and resolution Responsibilities * Greet customers and their vehicles upon arrival at the service workshop. * Actively listen to customers’ needs and feedback. * Follow up on service requests. * Coordinate with the workshop supervisor and deliver the vehicle upon service completion. * Make follow-up calls. * Commitment to quality and service excellence.
