We are looking for an After-Sales Agent to follow up with our customers after their purchase, ensuring an excellent experience and efficiently managing any incidents. Main Responsibilities: Customer Follow-Up: Make calls or send emails to verify customer satisfaction following product or service delivery. Incident Management: Timely handling and resolution of complaints, returns, or warranty claims. Loyalty Building: Identify opportunities to maintain long-term customer relationships. Quality Reporting: Record customer feedback to help improve operational and sales processes. Internal Coordination: Liaise with the warehouse or sales team to resolve order or delivery-related queries. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service, preventive collections, or sales follow-up. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal fluency, courteous demeanor, and negotiation ability. Competencies: Service-oriented attitude, frustration tolerance, and strong organizational skills. Knowledge: Basic CRM proficiency (or Excel database management) and email tools.
