Focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise transportation and distribution operations, ensuring timely deliveries, route optimization, cost control, and adherence to customer service standards. **Main Responsibilities** Schedule and coordinate delivery and pickup routes. Assign vehicles and drivers according to daily operations. Track shipments in real time (tracking). Ensure on-time delivery performance. Manage in-transit incidents (delays, accidents, returns). Coordinate transportation documentation (bills of lading, invoices, etc.). Monitor performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. Validate compliance with transportation regulations (SCT). Maintain constant communication with customers and internal departments. **Responsibilities** Adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Optimization of logistics costs (fuel, tolls, idle time). Cargo and driver safety. Fleet control and administration (owned or outsourced). Legal compliance in transportation matters. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** On-time delivery service level. Cost per kilometer / cost per trip. Vehicle utilization rate. Incident or accident rate. Delivery cycle time. Adherence to scheduled routes. **Competencies and Skills** Planning and organization. Decision-making under pressure. Effective communication. Operational leadership. Problem solving. Results orientation. Data analysis and use of KPIs. **Technical Knowledge** Distribution routing and logistics. TMS (Transportation Management Systems). Mexican transportation regulations (SCT, Carta Porte). Fleet management. Advanced Excel. National geography and highway network. **Education and Experience** High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: 2–5 years in transportation or traffic operations. Experience in 3PL companies. **Working Conditions** Operational\-administrative work. Flexible schedule availability (including weekends or on-call shifts). Work under pressure due to delivery deadlines.
