Job Summary: Provide technical support in information technologies to ensure efficient operation and high availability of equipment and network. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for computer equipment, telephony, audio, and video. 2. Assistance in network performance analysis and preparation of IT reports. 3. Knowledge of computer equipment and networks. 3. Up-to-date with emerging information management technologies. 4. Knowledge of telephony, audio, and video 3. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION 3.1 Provide technical support for the Center’s computer equipment, telephony, audio, and video. 3.2 Respond to user and IT coordination requests. 3.3 Analyze network and equipment performance, and report any anomalies to IT coordination. 3.4 Assist in preparing reports and documentation for IT coordination. 3.5 Track audio, video, and computing resource requirements for scheduled events. 3.6 Train users on computer, audio, and video tools. 3.7 Assist with database and software backup and update tasks. 3.8 Assist in updating equipment inventories. 3.9 Monitor and support equipment maintenance plans. 3.10 Collaborate to foster an optimal working environment among staff. Ensure efficient operation and high availability of computer equipment and technological network at CRIT.
