We are seeking: **"SUPERVISION RESIDENT \- Experience in land transportation infrastructure"** **Objective:** Carry out supervision-related tasks for the project to ensure continuous inspection and monitoring, verify compliance with the design documents and specifications, and support the Supervision Manager or Site Resident in administrative control of the project regarding budgets, progress, and scheduling. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer (official degree and professional license required) * Preparation of daily logs * Minimum general experience of 5 years as a Supervision Resident, with experience in land transportation infrastructure * Knowledge of planning and scheduling related to machinery productivity * Knowledge of regulations: Federal, State, Municipal, and Private Public Works legislation; SCT regulations and construction systems; AASHTO standards for bridges * Valid driver's license **Experience in:** * Development of executive projects * Effective administration of assigned resources, including human and material resources * Regulatory compliance * Management of estimates * Execution, supervision, and control of land transportation infrastructure projects **Responsibilities:** * Verify timely and proper execution of works * Document progress tracking of construction activities * Prepare and submit reports related to project progress * Support the administration of human resources under supervision * Administer, supervise, and safeguard the company's material resources **We offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * On-site camp accommodation * Per diems Interested candidates should apply via this channel with an updated CV or contact 2201753480 Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
