Position Summary: Supervise the execution and quality of structural works such as bridges and overpasses, ensuring compliance with drawings and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and resolution of technical issues on site STRUCTURAL SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE: **10 years in Bridge Structural Projects and/or Supervision on High-Specification Highways**, SCT regulations knowledge, ability to operate vehicles and valid driver's license (mandatory). Education: Licensed Civil Engineer Work location in **Villa de Reyes, San Luis Potosí** OBJECTIVE: Ensure all structural works (bridges, culverts, overpasses, retaining walls, etc.) are executed correctly, with quality, safety, and in strict compliance with drawings and specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review and validate project structural drawings, issuing technical observations in accordance with applicable regulations. * Supervise structural construction in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and current standards. * Verify material quality and proper execution of structural construction processes. * Coordinate with contractors and technical staff to address and resolve technical issues on site. * Supervise structural tests and inspections, as well as adherence to the construction schedule. * Prepare progress, incident, and quality reports, and follow up on audits and inspections. * Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety standards in structurally hazardous areas. SALARY: $34,000 MXN (tax-free) \+ Statutory benefits \+ Life insurance.
