Job Summary: We are seeking a sales professional to manage a client portfolio, prepare quotations, conduct site visits, and submit sales reports. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training 2. Travel expense support IMPORTANT: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in large-scale construction projects such as industrial warehouses. Must reside in the Tlalnepantla, Atizapán, Cuautitlán, Tepozotlán, or Tepojaco areas (no more than 1 hour away). Age between 30 and 50. (This vacancy is for the Cuautitlán Izcalli, Centro Urbano, Andador Austria branch.) \- Site visits via public transportation or personal vehicle. (Field customer prospecting.) \- Basic Office software proficiency. \- Customer prospecting and portfolio follow-up. \- Customer service. \- Preparing quotations or delivery notes. \- Assisting with inventory after month-end closing. \- Meeting monthly sales quotas. \- Verifying customer payments to enable material delivery. \- Submitting sales and visit reports.
