**Job Description** We are seeking a **Lead Engineer** with strong technical experience and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure proper project execution, and guarantee compliance with operational, regulatory, and quality standards. This is a strategic role with direct impact on the organization's efficiency, innovation, and technical development. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead, plan, and supervise engineering projects from design to execution. * Ensure compliance with regulations, technical specifications, quality and safety standards. * Coordinate engineering, maintenance, and/or project teams. * Manage suppliers, contractors, and technical resources. * Assess risks, propose improvements, and ensure process optimization. * Prepare reports, performance indicators, and technical documentation. * Participate in strategic decision-making related to infrastructure, technology, and operations. **Requirements** * Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Civil, Mechatronics or related field). * Minimum of **5+ years** of experience in coordination or technical leadership roles. * Experience in project management, maintenance, facilities, or production processes. * Knowledge of applicable regulations (quality, safety, local regulations). * Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Project, ERP, etc.). * Leadership, planning, analytical skills, and results-oriented approach. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Physical progress vs. scheduled compliance. * Technical deliverables without critical observations. * Favorable results in technical or quality audits. * Approval of technical proposals in contests or tenders. * Reduction of technical deviations and rework. * Compliance with budget and timeline. * Customer satisfaction and contractual compliance. **Working Conditions** * Availability to travel to construction sites and government offices. * Hybrid work (depending on organization). * Extended working hours during tender periods or deliverable deadlines. * On-site supervision as required by project stages. **Internal and External Relations** **Internal Relations:** General Management, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Costing, Quality, Safety, Finance. **External Relations:** Government agencies, IMSS, ISSSTE, SEGOB, SCT, municipalities, DRO, co-responsible parties, laboratories, clients, contractors, and suppliers. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Stable project with high strategic impact. * Professional development and continuous training. * Collaborative and high-performance work environment.
