An international company in the construction sector is seeking: **Pavement Construction Manager** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise paving activities in road infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, deadlines, safety regulations, and quality standards established by the company and client. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years verifiable experience in machinery control, personnel management, and construction performance. * Knowledge of pavement types (asphalt, hydraulic, recycled). * Construction processes for earthworks, subgrade, base, and asphalt layers. * Quality control of materials (asphalt, aggregates, concrete). * SCT standards and applicable technical specifications. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and topography. * Cost control, estimates, and generators. * Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, advanced Excel, Project). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate the execution of paving works according to the project schedule. * Supervise technical and operational staff, as well as the efficient use of machinery and materials. * Verify compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations. * Review and validate progress, estimates, and daily site reports. * Resolve technical and logistical issues on-site. * Coordinate with site manager, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project continuity. * Monitor productivity and costs to maintain project profitability. * Ensure adherence to project timelines and customer satisfaction. **WORK LOCATION:** * San Luis Potosí **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract with the company **Interested candidates should apply through this platform with an updated CV.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $11,110.00 - $11,111.00 per month Work location: On-site position
