Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional with experience in payroll, IMSS, and organizational development to manage talent and workplace climate. Key Highlights: 1. Key experience in payroll and IMSS 2. Comprehensive Human Resources management 3. Organizational development and workplace climate • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, primarily in payroll and IMSS • Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law • Full-time on-site work availability Knowledge and experience in: • Biweekly payroll calculation • Pre-payroll preparation • Preferably experience with CONTPAQi Payroll software • Proficiency with IDSE, SIPARE, SUA, and INFONAVIT platforms • Calculation of severance pay and year-end bonus (aguinaldo) • Organizational Development processes • Workplace climate diagnosis and measurement • Administration and updating of physical and digital employee files • Payroll stamping (timbrado) • Recruitment and selection of personnel Skills: • Teamwork • Assertive communication • Emotional intelligence • Planning and organization • Results orientation • Negotiation Company located in Poza Rica, Veracruz (Central Zone) . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Knowledge: Coordination ability, Human Resources administration, Payroll calculation, Knowledge of labor laws, Accounting, Workplace climate management, IMSS, Human Resources, Personnel selection Keywords: leader, manager, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, resources, human
