Advisory services on incidents and accidents Corporate and Administrative City: NUEVO LEON Publication Date: Feb 19, 2026 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job Description: Position Objective Respond to and follow up on incidents involving the Regional’s vehicle fleet; manage related procedures and payments; advise supervisors on incidents or accidents. Job Functions or Activities * Respond to and follow up on vehicles detained by traffic authorities or impounded due to involvement in vehicular collisions, recovered theft cases involving heavy and light vehicles * Provide telephone advisory support regarding incidents or accidents occurring within the assigned Regional * Request cost estimates and obtain required documentation to process payments to towing service and impound lot providers * Pay traffic fines and manage vehicle-related procedures (e.g., replacement of vehicle registration cards, recovery of retained deposits, and deactivation/activation of license plates with Federal, State, and Municipal Government Agencies) * Manage and pay for all types of permits issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications, and Transportation * Prepare monthly presentations for Road Safety Committees based on vehicle releases, detained units, and missing documentation per unit across the Regional fleet * Present weekly indicators regarding detained, released, government-procedure-pending, or decommissioned fleet units * Update the database containing all procedures and status (detained/released) of units under the Regional’s responsibility Requirements Valid driver’s license and proven ability to operate standard vehicles Technical degree in Administration Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration Desirable experience in fleet administration and claims handling, including knowledge of administrative procedures related to insurance policies and coverage What We Offer You A competitive salary A variable compensation scheme Benefits exceeding statutory requirements A career development plan within the company
