At Crecemos DIJO A.C., we seek a strategic, proactive individual with strong relationship-building skills that contribute to the growth and sustainability of our social projects. The person will be responsible for designing and implementing fundraising and resource mobilization strategies, developing partnerships with companies, donors, and organizations, and tracking funding opportunities to expand our social impact. *Key Responsibilities* - Design and implement fundraising and resource mobilization strategies. - Identify and manage funding opportunities with companies, foundations, donors, and institutions. - Build and strengthen strategic partnerships. - Prepare proposals, presentations, and materials for donors and partners. - Track and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors. - Coordinate fundraising campaigns and activities. - Monitor goals and fundraising performance indicators. *Required Profile* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Social Development, or related fields. Knowledge and Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. - Organizational and process-tracking capabilities. - Results-oriented approach and commitment to achieving goals. - Proficiency in digital tools and Office/Google Workspace suites. - Prior experience with CRM systems and donor tracking is desirable. *Competencies* Initiative Empathy Strategic Planning Accountability Collaborative Work Management Capacity. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 4 years of experience Age: between 28 and 65 years
