Coordinates drivers and manages the fleet budget **Job Description** Pinturerías Comex is hiring a Vehicle Fleet Control Supervisor in Mexico City (CDMX) and the Metropolitan Area. Primary workplace address: Calle Fresnos No. 1, Colonia El Molinito (in front of Las Tiendas de San Esteban Shopping Center), Naucalpan de Juárez. ***Requirements:*** \-Age: 25 to 45 years old \-Gender: Unrestricted \-Minimum education: Incomplete Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Automotive Mechanics \-Experience as a Vehicle Fleet Control Supervisor \-Mandatory: Experience working both in the field and in the office \-Availability for schedule and activities ***Responsibilities:*** Supporting drivers Assigning and receiving vehicles Requesting supplies. Responsible for the annual budget, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Transporting vehicles for verification. Handling agency-related procedures (e.g., circulation permits, general maintenance, life insurance policies, etc.) for the 30 vehicles. Preventive and corrective maintenance services. Contacting and identifying optimal workshops/agencies. Monitoring fuel consumption, mileage, and GPS tracking. Inspecting and training drivers on checking: oil levels, engine, transmission, antifreeze, brake fluid, and safety points. Reviewing logbooks and Excel reports Monitoring fuel consumption Budget management KPI management Attending managerial meetings to report incidents and propose strategic solutions. ***Knowledge Requirements:*** \- Traffic regulations applicable to vehicles, local and SCT (Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes) \- General fleet administrative procedures \- Supplier follow-up \- Interaction with insurance companies \- Mechanical knowledge of vehicles \- Management of vehicle-related administrative procedures \- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite \- Outlook proficiency ***Competencies:*** Teamwork, Leadership, Compliance with rules and policies, Excellent service attitude, Working under pressure, Communication, Negotiation, Analysis and problem solving, Planning and organization. ***We Offer Immediately:*** Base salary of $11,000 MXN monthly gross \+ $2,000 MXN fixed variable pay, IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), vacation days, vacation premium, savings fund, profit-sharing, life insurance, funeral expense insurance \+ job stability \+ career growth opportunities \+ "WEEKLY PAY".
