




Job Summary: Design, coordinate, and supervise educational programs such as Vocational Guidance and Online High School, managing operations, administration, and team to ensure quality and goal achievement. Work environment based on equity and collaboration OBJECTIVE: Design, coordinate, and supervise the implementation of Vocational Guidance, Online High School, and additional academic reinforcement workshops by managing operational, administrative, and team activities, as well as monitoring indicators and resources, to ensure implementation quality, goal attainment, and educational impact on the beneficiary population. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Plan and coordinate the implementation of Continuing Education programs in communities of influence. 2. Supervise and monitor the performance of facilitators, ensuring accurate replication of content and methodologies. 3. Conduct field monitoring and periodic evaluations of operational staff. 4. Track coverage, retention, academic performance, and program outcomes. 5. Prepare executive reports on progress, results, and incidents. 6. Manage linkages with secondary schools, educational institutions, and key stakeholders. 7. Administer the budget assigned to the area, ensuring its efficient and transparent use, as well as administrative and accounting control. 8. Ensure compliance with institutional, regulatory, and operational guidelines. 9. Identify areas for improvement in program implementation and propose adjustments. 10. Provide student support and monitor their educational process when required. 11. Maintain comprehensive academic records and activity calendars to enable timely follow-up for each active student. 12. Support general institutional activities. 13. Provide academic follow-up and resolve student queries remotely. 14. Other duties inherent to the position. PROVEN TECHNICAL SKILLS Education: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Education, Sociology, Social Work, or related field. 2. Degree certificate and professional license are mandatory. 3. Valid driver’s license.
