Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise infrastructure construction projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications, and supporting administrative control of construction activities. We are looking for: **"CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR"** **Objective:** To carry out construction supervision tasks to ensure continuous inspection and monitoring of the works, verifying that they are executed in accordance with the design and specifications. To support the Supervision Manager or Site Supervisor in the administrative control of the project, including budgets, progress tracking, and scheduling. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer (Degree and Professional License mandatory) * Preparation of daily logs * Minimum of 5 years’ general experience as Construction Supervisor, with specific experience in terrestrial road projects * Knowledge of planning and scheduling related to machinery productivity * Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: Federal, State, Municipal, and Private Public Works Legislation; SCT regulations and construction systems; AASHTO standards for bridges * Valid driver’s license **Experience in:** * Development of executive projects * Effective administration of assigned resources, including human and material resources * Regulatory compliance * Execution, supervision, and control of terrestrial road construction projects **Functions:** * Verify timely and proper execution of work * Document progress tracking of construction activities * Prepare and submit reports related to construction progress * Support the administration of human resources under supervision * Manage, supervise, and safeguard the company’s material resources **We Offer:** Base salary Statutory benefits Life insurance Camp accommodation Per diems Interested candidates should apply through this channel with an updated CV or contact us at 2201753480 At Scala, all our selection processes are completely free of charge; under no circumstances will any payment be requested for your participation.
