Position Summary: We are seeking an Associate Academic Specialist in Private Security – Intramural Security to deliver specialized training, develop competencies, and participate in sector-strengthening projects. Technical-academic support for strengthening specialized content **CORPORATIVO CIFCC**, through its **CENTER FOR TRAINING, FORMATION, AND TRAINING IN SECURITY, FORENSIC SCIENCES, AND EXPERT TECHNIQUES**, is seeking an **Associate Academic Specialist in Private Security – Intramural Security** to join our network of fee-based instructors for corporate, institutional training projects and specialized tenders. We seek candidates with solid operational and/or supervisory experience in private security, and a genuine interest in professional training and sector strengthening. Area of specialization: **Intramural Security (Basic)** Participation in training programs related to the operation of private security services, protection of assets and real estate, operational supervision, risk prevention, leadership, and professionalization of security personnel. Essential requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in: * Criminology * Criminalistics * Public Security * Law * Civil Protection * Psychology *(for profiles oriented toward leadership, supervision, or human development)* * Administration, Business Management, or related fields *(when substantial experience in private security operations exists)* * Or other disciplines related to the security sector **Professional degree and license are mandatory** Minimum 3 years of experience in: * Intramural private security * Operational supervision * Coordination of security services * Protection of assets and real estate * Demonstrable experience delivering training, courses, or instruction *(desirable)* * Availability for in-person and virtual training * Mandatory availability to travel and participate in in-person trainings, corporate projects, and tenders both within and outside the state * Excellent communication skills, group facilitation ability, and a training-oriented approach * Must maintain active tax status and ability to issue invoices for professional service provision * Registration as **DC\-5 External Training Agent (STPS)** * Experience delivering training to private security companies * Knowledge of applicable regulations governing the sector * Experience developing directives, protocols, and service operations Main responsibilities: * Delivery of specialized courses, workshops, and training programs * Development of operational competencies among private security personnel * Participation in corporate, institutional, and tender-based projects * Technical\-academic support for strengthening specialized content * Generation of training evidence and documentation of training activities **Collaboration model:** Fee-based service provision (per project) Participation based on: * Technical specialization * Professional experience * Availability * Type of project or training **Applicable per diems will be covered according to project type and training location.** About us: At **CORPORATIVO CIFCC**, we promote the professionalization of private security through specialized, ethical training processes aligned with the sector’s real-world needs, strengthening operational, preventive, and strategic capabilities. **Base location:** Jalisco *(with potential participation in nationwide projects)* Salary: $6,970\.00 \- $14,067\.71 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
