Position: Work Tools Analyst Star Médica Corporate Job Objective: To comprehensively manage the acquisition, control, and administration of technological equipment, ensuring timely and efficient availability of work tools for organizational employees. Main Responsibilities: Management and tracking of technological equipment requests for new hires and newly created positions Control of procurement processes with suppliers and tracking until delivery Inventory management of laptops, mobile phones, desktop computers, and peripherals Coordination of equipment receipt, distribution, and replacement Tracking of maintenance, warranties, and technical support Preparation of inventory control reports and metrics Tracking of liability acknowledgments and compliance with internal equipment assignment policies Required Profile: Experience in inventory control and management of technological equipment Proficiency in digital workplace tools and asset management systems Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of administrative and procurement processes Organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capability Desirable: Experience in hospital and corporate office environments We Offer: Statutory benefits Professional development Job stability Excellent work environment. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree years of experience Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: analyst
