This position, within the **Human Resources** department, is critical to ensuring our teams have the necessary tools, benefits, and programs for their well-being and performance. **What will you do in this role?** * Manage the allocation and control of work tools (laptop, mobile phone, telephony, etc.), ensuring their availability. * Maintain inventory control of equipment and uniforms, guaranteeing order and traceability. * Monitor compliance with **NOM\-035**, participating in well-being initiatives. * Collaborate with the **internal communications** team to promote programs, benefits, and campaigns. * Manage agreements with external companies to offer benefits and discounts to employees. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in HR, wellness, or administrative functions. * Interest in organizational well-being and employee experience topics. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up ability. * Service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills. **What will make you stand out** * Experience in inventory management or administrative control. * Knowledge of or involvement in **NOM\-035** topics. * Experience in internal communications or agreement management.
