Work with established protocols to ensure safety and quality. · Requirements Completed technical high school diploma or technical/nursing degree (General Nursing or Bachelor's degree). 1 year of experience in clinical care or home-based care. Knowledge of vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and general patient condition assessment. Experience managing tracheostomy and gastrostomy feeding. Ability to assist with patient mobilization, transfer, hygiene, and comfort. Availability to work weekends (non-negotiable requirement). Ability to identify warning signs and report clinical changes. · Responsibilities Patient assessment and monitoring, including level of consciousness, pain, and clinical changes. Monitoring patient progress and timely detection of warning signs. Medication administration per medical instructions. Support in care activities such as mobilization, hygiene, comfort, and feeding. Documentation and follow-up of medical instructions and patient progress.
