Warehouse Associate **Location:** Tultipark II, Industrial La Presa, Buenavista, State of Mexico. **Immediate Supervisor:** Warehouse Supervisor. **Position Summary** We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to join our operations team as a Warehouse Associate. The primary objective will be to carry out receiving, storage, and dispatch operations for goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and integrity, with particular emphasis on the operational agility required by the *E\-commerce* sector. **Requirements** · **Experience:** 2 to 5 years in warehouse operational roles. · **Technical Knowledge:** Logistics management, e-commerce order preparation, inventory control, and space organization (*layout*). · **Certifications:** Forklift operation (DC\-3 certification is mandatory and must be valid). · **Skills:** Attention to detail for order picking (*picking*), teamwork, and focus on operational results. **Key Responsibilities** · Prepare and dispatch orders for *E\-commerce* channels, ensuring picking accuracy. · Operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and stacking goods in *racks*. · Efficiently execute product inbound and outbound transactions. · Support audits and cyclic inventory counts to ensure stock reliability. · Maintain order and strictly comply with industrial safety and hygiene standards. **We Offer** · **Monthly Salary:** $12,000\.00 MXN (Twelve thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.) gross. · **Pay Schedule:** Biweekly (on the 15th and last day of each month). · **Working Hours:** *(The final work schedule will be defined on the first working day. Availability for the following options is required):* o **Schedule A:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 h; Saturdays, 09:00–14:00 h. o **Schedule B:** Four consecutive working days (07:00–19:00 h) followed by three days off (with occasional weekend availability required). **Statutory Benefits** · Social Security (IMSS). · INFONAVIT contributions. · Vacation bonus of 25%. **Additional Benefits** · Savings fund contribution of 7%. · Grocery vouchers: $2,000\.00 MXN per month. · Thirteenth-month bonus (*Aguinaldo*): 30 days annually (or pro-rata portion). · Major Medical Expense Insurance (upon permanent employment).
