Job Summary: Support the control, receiving, storage, and delivery of construction materials and equipment, ensuring proper organization and recordkeeping of supplies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receiving and verifying materials according to purchase orders. 2. Inventory control and reporting of shortages or damages. 3. Maintaining a clean, organized, and properly labeled warehouse. ***Job Objective:*** Support the control, receiving, storage, and delivery of construction materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper organization, recordkeeping, and secure custody of supplies for project execution. ***Duties and Responsibilities*** * Receive and verify materials, tools, and equipment against purchase orders and delivery notes. * Organize, classify, and securely store materials within the warehouse. * Record material receipts and issuances in logs, forms, or systems. * Issue materials to site personnel according to authorized requisitions. * Conduct physical inventory control and assist with periodic inventories. * Report shortages, damages, or defective materials. * Assist with loading and unloading of materials. * Maintain a clean, organized, and properly labeled warehouse. * Care for and manage assigned tools and equipment. * Comply with safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse and on site. **Requirements** * Education: Completed secondary school or high school diploma. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience (construction experience preferred). * Basic knowledge of construction materials. * Basic familiarity with forms, controls, and recordkeeping. * Forklift operation experience desirable (if applicable). **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and control. * Responsibility and integrity. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail. * Willingness to perform physical labor. * Adherence to safety standards.
