Villahermosa, Tabasco **Job ID** 137883 **Job Category** Warehouse **Job Level** Supervisor **Position Type** Full\-Time **Job Description:** Ensure proper management of assigned assets (PT, RET, hydraulic pallet jacks, forklifts, pallets) to guarantee warehouse operations by providing personnel with the necessary tools to perform their duties; likewise, provide training and certification to the direct team to ensure correct job performance. Guarantee compliance with KPIs for the assigned warehouse. Meet the service level provided to various departments: Fill Rate, unit loading for distribution within the scheduled timeframe, receipt and return of plant materials. Finally, ensure proper warehouse execution to guarantee inventory accuracy, PT/RET discrepancies, operational shrinkage, product expirations, fill rate, DOH, productivity, BPA's, cardboard return, and accidents. Office Equipment: Computer, iPads, tablets, mobile device. Knowledge: Warehouse management, FIFO, inventory levels, physical audits, SAP, Excel, KPI analysis for decision-making, role-based training.
