This position is located in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City. **Job Requirements** · Minimum education required: Technical degree in Gastronomy or related field. · Knowledge of food preparation · Familiarity with the Distintivo H certification · Proficiency in Microsoft Office software · Minimum one year of experience in hospital kitchen settings (preferred) **Job Responsibilities** · Prepare prescribed diets according to nursing diet cards and patient needs. · Assemble meal trays with required foods and extras, attaching identification cards. · Prepare breakfasts for staff and plate meals for distribution. · Prepare à la carte meals for operating room physicians. · Manage pantry and meat inventory. **Additional Benefits and Perks** · Professional and collaborative work environment. · Work schedule: 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM · Opportunities for professional growth and development. · Ongoing training to enhance your skills. · Job stability with an established healthcare company.
